Robyn Phelan

Robyn Phelan is a ceramic artist whose artistic practice encompasses making, teaching, and writing. She investigates the material potentials of clay and cloth. Through her sculptural work, she responds attentively to the place of making. She lives and works on unceded Wurundjeri Country in Melbourne, Australia, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Art at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, where she lectures in ceramics.
