Steven Heinemann has been a studio artist for more than thirty years. He is currently represented by galleries in Canada, Europe, and the United States, with a recent solo exhibition, "Ideas of North" at Lacoste Gallery in Concord, Massachusetts. In 1996, he received the Saidye Bronfman Award, Canada's highest form of recognition in contemporary craft.
