    What was most hurtful about this experience wasn't the flurry of remarks disregarding my craft but more so the fact that I recognized that my art and concepts were not accessible to the people they were widely intended for. I believe artwork should have the capacity to be appreciated from many perspectives. After careful consideration and evaluation, we have selected these exceptional apprenticeship teams who have demonstrated incredible dedication, innovative ideas, and impact within our ceramic community. Each mentor-apprentice team is awarded $15,000 to fund their apprenticeship proposal.
