Sharif Bey is a dual associate professor in art education and teaching and leadership in the College of Visual and Performing Arts and Syracuse University’s School of Education. He earned a Ph.D. in art education from the Pennsylvania State University, holds an M.F.A in studio art from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a B.F.A. in ceramics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Bey has conducted lectures, workshops, and has exhibited in the U.S. and abroad.
