Northern Clay Center

9-11 Sept. | American Pottery Festival

Northern Clay Center announces American Pottery Festival 2016, their 18th annual fundraising benefit and celebration of the art of the pot. More info northernclaycenter.org.

 

11 Sept. | Fuller Craft Museum Fall Exhibitions Reception

2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Reception includes three exhibitions: (413): Pioneering Western Massachusetts; Metamorphosis: The Art of Altered Books; and New Sole of the Old Machine: Steampunk Brockton, Reimagining the City of Shoes. More info at fullercraft.org.

 

17 Sept. | A Celebration of the Life & Work of Karen Karnes

Waubonsee Community College

6-8 Oct. | Wood Fire Conference at Wabonsee Community College

Waubonsee Community College will host the 2016 International Wood Fire Conference in Sugar Grove, Illinois. The conference will continue the ongoing dialogue about the wood fire process that began at the conferences in Iowa and Northern Arizona. More info at waubonsee.edu
