J.J. McCracken

J.J. McCracken is a professional artist working at Red Dirt Studio in Maryland. Intensive research and the task-based activity of live bodies shape the details of her installations. McCracken worked as a potter while completing a BA in Anthropology (1995) from The College of William and Mary and later returned to academe to study art at The George Washington University where she received an MFA (2005).
